A report you do not have to log in for
Daily AI tracking yields plenty of data; most weeks, you need to know what changed and what to do next. The weekly report puts that in your inbox. SearchSeal sends one email per active brand, from SearchSeal Reports, starting at 13:00 UTC each Monday. It covers the previous Monday to Sunday in UTC.
A brand with no complete answers that week gets no email. A report built on nothing would only add noise.
What is in the email
The top of the email is a short scorecard: your visibility score and its change from the week before, how many answers named you out of the total, how many new fixes were found and how many before and after comparisons finished. Next come the week’s top three actions, each linked to its fix in SearchSeal.
A what's new section picks out changes worth reading: a tracked rival that gained answers on your questions, a question your brand dropped out of and a fix that started working. The email also lists that week’s completed fixes, articles written or published, page checks and their average score change, plus a warning if robots.txt blocks search bots.
Alerts between reports
Some changes need alerts before Monday. On other days, SearchSeal can send a change alert from the same sender, at most one a day. An alert goes out when a tracked rival overtakes you on the same questions and AI tools, when your brand drops out of an answer it was regularly in or when a fix starts working. The same change is not repeated within 14 days.
Alerts need enough history to compare. A new brand needs roughly ten days of answers per AI tool to trigger one.
Share a read-only report link
For a manager, a client or a colleague without an account, create a share link from the dashboard, visibility or rivals page. The link lets anyone read the report without signing in. It shows the last 30 days of visibility overall and per AI tool, your top five rivals, whether each tracked question's latest answer named you on each tool and the fixes that are clearly working.
The shared report leaves out answer text, source links, Search Console and Bing data, open fixes and account details. It is marked so search engines do not index it. View the link’s total visits and when it was last opened.
Each brand has one live link. A new link disables the old one; you can also disable a link any time. Links do not expire on their own. If the plan ends or the brand is archived, the link stops showing data.
Who receives it and how to stop it
Reports go to the account owner while the plan is active, in a trial or waiting on a payment retry. Each SearchSeal account has one user, with no recipient list to manage. To send the numbers to others, forward the email or use the share link.
Two links end each report: one stops that brand’s reports; the other stops all reports. Mail clients that support one-click unsubscribe can use that too.
What the report does not do
The email recaps SearchSeal’s collected answers. It does not include search figures from Google or Bing, and it does not replace reading the saved answers behind a change. Normal variation across runs, locations and accounts can explain a week’s rise or fall. A fix marked as working shows a change that lines up with your edit, not proof that the edit caused it.
Agencies that need their own report format can pull the same data through the REST API and MCP server instead.
