Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Nusantara Ventures, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of SearchSeal, an AI visibility tracking service available at searchseal.com.

By creating an account or using SearchSeal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SearchSeal.

Service Description

SearchSeal is a software-as-a-service platform that tracks how brands appear in AI-powered search results across platforms including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity. Features and capabilities vary by subscription tier.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep this information current.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at Contact us.

Subscription and Billing

SearchSeal offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Contact us.

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase of a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. To request a refund, contact Contact us.

This guarantee applies to your first payment only. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or for accounts that have previously received a refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier.

Your data will remain stored after cancellation. If you wish to delete your data, you may request account deletion by contacting Contact us.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SearchSeal only for its intended purpose of tracking brand visibility in AI search results. You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access the service in a manner that degrades performance for other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to your account to third parties without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

SearchSeal, including its design, features, and underlying code, is owned by Nusantara Ventures, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

You retain ownership of the brand names, competitor names, and other data you input into the service. By using SearchSeal, you grant us a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

AI-generated visibility results and analysis are provided for your informational use. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated content.

Data and Privacy

Your use of SearchSeal is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

To provide the service, we send queries containing your brand and competitor names to third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Google, and Perplexity. This is necessary for tracking AI visibility and is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

SearchSeal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

AI visibility results are generated by third-party AI systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of these results. AI responses may change over time and may vary based on factors outside our control.

SearchSeal is an informational tool. We do not provide business, legal, or marketing advice. Any business decisions you make based on data from the service are your sole responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nusantara Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SearchSeal. This includes damages for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will indicate the new effective date.

Your continued use of SearchSeal after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and may cancel your subscription.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users. In cases of serious violations, we may terminate without prior notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Publicity and Logo Usage

By using SearchSeal, you grant Nusantara Ventures, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your company name, logo, and trademarks in promotional materials, including but not limited to the SearchSeal website, marketing emails, and social media. This may include listing your company as a SearchSeal customer or displaying your logo in a “trusted by” or similar section.

You may opt out of this usage at any time by contacting Contact us. We will remove your company's name and logo from promotional materials within 30 business days of receiving your request.

This license does not grant Nusantara Ventures, LLC any ownership rights in your trademarks.
