Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Nusantara Ventures, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of SearchSeal at searchseal.com, app.searchseal.com, and related services.
By creating an account or using SearchSeal, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
Service description
SearchSeal is an AI crawler observability service. It receives or retrieves website traffic evidence from sources you connect, identifies supported AI crawlers, and shows observed requests, paths, HTTP outcomes, and source coverage.
SearchSeal does not promise that an AI assistant has read, indexed, cited, or recommended your content. Results depend on the coverage, sampling, freshness, and accuracy of each connected source. Missing evidence is not proof that no request occurred.
Early access and billing
SearchSeal is currently offered in early access and billing is not live. We will show applicable prices and payment terms before charging you. If paid plans are introduced, you will not be enrolled in a paid plan without being shown the relevant terms.
Your account and connected sources
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may connect only domains, infrastructure accounts, log streams, and other sources that you own or are authorized to administer. You authorize SearchSeal to access and process the data required to provide the service until you disconnect the source or close your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use SearchSeal for an illegal purpose or to violate another person's rights
- Connect a source or submit data without authorization
- Attempt to bypass access controls or probe non-public systems
- Interfere with the service or degrade it for other users
- Reverse engineer or extract source code except where applicable law permits it
- Resell access without our written authorization
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share information. You remain responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any permissions required for website traffic or infrastructure data you send to SearchSeal.
Intellectual property
SearchSeal, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Nusantara Ventures, LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SearchSeal to you.
You retain ownership of the domains, source configurations, and data you submit. You grant us a limited right to process that data only to provide, maintain, support, and secure SearchSeal. We may use aggregated or de-identified information derived from your data to improve SearchSeal generally; we will not use your identifiable connected-source data to improve the service for other customers without your separate authorization.
Availability and changes
SearchSeal is an early-access service and may change. We may add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, connectors, or the service itself. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practical.
Disclaimers
SearchSeal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Crawler identities and purposes may be based partly on vendor-published user-agent information. Source providers may sample, delay, omit, or change data. You should not treat SearchSeal output as a guarantee of indexing, citation, ranking, or business results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nusantara Ventures, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of SearchSeal.
Our total liability for claims relating to SearchSeal will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.
Termination
You may stop using SearchSeal and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, a security risk, or conduct that could harm the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new version and effective date, and we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
