## Which AI visibility tool is best for an online store?

For a store with its own catalogue, Peec AI is the most complete self-serve option: SKU-level shopping tracking is on every plan from $95 a month, with the catalogue loaded from Shopify, a CSV or a Merchant Center feed. Evertune and Rankscale list lower entry prices, with shopping coverage that is narrower or starts on a higher plan. Profound and Semrush have the deepest shopping reports and price them for enterprise buyers. SearchSeal tracks products inside saved text answers and does not read shopping results.

Checked on 2026-11-02 on each vendor's own pricing and product pages. Prices are in US dollars as shown to a US visitor that day. SearchSeal sells a competing product and is one of the tools compared.

Shopping answers in AI tools work differently from ordinary answers. A shopper asks for a product, and the tool may return product cards, merchants and prices next to the text. A tracker that only reads the text of an answer sees part of that. The tools compared here say they also read the shopping side, and the text says plainly where a vendor's own pages do not say enough.

Tools are listed by how much of the shopping job each one shows today. We did not run the same products through each tool, so no accuracy comparison is made.

## What to check before you pay

Three questions separate the tools better than a feature list does.

**Which shopping surfaces does it read?** Most vendors describe shopping tracking as ChatGPT-based. Semrush covers ChatGPT Shopping and Google AI Mode Shopping. Rankscale names ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Copilot. If your buyers shop through another assistant, check that it is on the list before you pay.

**Which plan includes it?** Several tools sell shopping tracking only on a higher plan. The cheapest plan a vendor advertises often has no shopping feature at all.

**How do your products get in?** A catalogue that loads from a Shopify store, a CSV or a feed saves hours when you sell hundreds of products. A tool that asks you to type each product is fine for ten.

Also check how a tool handles stores that sell other brands' goods. Peec's documentation says its shopping setup is for brands that sell their own products, and that multi-brand retailers and marketplaces are not covered.

## Peec AI: the most complete self-serve shopping tracker

Peec's plans cost $95 (Starter), $245 (Pro) and $495 (Advanced) a month, with 15% off for annual billing and unlimited team users on every plan. Its plan table lists AI Shopping on every plan. You load the catalogue from a Shopify store, a CSV or a Google Merchant Center feed, and Peec reports visibility, position and win rate for each product, plus top merchants and the follow-up searches shopping answers run. A launch post from 17 June 2026 says the catalogue is matched against the last 30 days of chats.

Two limits matter. The engines the shopping module reads are not spelled out on the pages we checked, and the launch post talks about ChatGPT. And the plans cap prompts at 50, 150 and 350, with three active models on a self-serve plan, so a large catalogue means choosing which products and questions to watch.

Pick Peec if you sell your own products, want SKU-level numbers without a sales call and can live with a capped prompt count. Read the [Peec AI review](/reviews/peec-ai) for the rest of its plans.

## Evertune: the cheapest entry with shopping on every plan

Evertune's Starter plan is $60 a month with 5,000 prompt credits and up to five models. Its pricing table ticks ChatGPT Shopping Insights on Starter, Pro and Enterprise, and its shopping page describes tracking how AI recommends your products and where shoppers can buy them. Pro is $800 a month billed annually and adds 11 models and 100 samples per prompt.

The shopping page names only ChatGPT and states no limits, and we could not confirm seat or country counts. The pricing page prints a seven-day free offer under one Starter line, and it is unclear whether it covers the whole plan.

Pick Evertune if ChatGPT is where your shoppers are and a low entry price matters more than a feed import.

## Rankscale: shopping from the Pro plan up

Rankscale's Essentials plan is shown at $17 a month, billed yearly only (list price $20). Shopping analysis is marked as not included there and included from Pro, which is $84 a month at the yearly-discounted price shown (list $99). The home page says it tracks ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Copilot shopping visibility and compares merchant reach and buy box wins. Every plan covers 17 or more engines and all regions, and credits set the volume: 1,200 a month on Pro.

We found no description of a product feed or SKU import on the pages checked, so assume you add products by hand until the vendor says otherwise. The trial length is not stated on the pages we checked.

Pick Rankscale if you want Copilot and AI Mode in the shopping scope and a mid-priced plan, and you are comfortable budgeting in credits.

## Goodie: SKU-level tracking on the $999 plan

Goodie lists Core at $295 a month with 110 prompts and five models, Pro at $999 with 250 prompts and eight models, and an Enterprise tier on request. The Pro card includes SKU-level agentic commerce visibility. The page does not make clear whether Core has any commerce tracking, and a Monthly or Annual toggle hides which billing the shown prices use. Seats are unlimited on all plans, and Core has a 7-day trial.

Pick Goodie if SKU-level agentic commerce reporting is the main purchase and the Pro price fits. Confirm with sales what Core includes before you assume anything.

## Semrush Enterprise AIO: the widest shopping scope, at a quote

Semrush, now part of Adobe after a deal completed on 28 April 2026, says its AI Shopping report tracks products across ChatGPT Shopping and Google AI Mode Shopping, with a merchant view and a product view (announced 6 March 2026). The pricing page shows a custom quote for Enterprise and no price for the shopping report. The self-serve AI plans ($165.17 a month billed annually for 50 prompts, $248.17 for 100) make no shopping claim on the pricing page.

Pick Semrush Enterprise if ChatGPT Shopping and Google AI Mode Shopping in one report matter and you already buy at enterprise scale. See the [Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit review](/reviews/semrush-ai-visibility-toolkit) for the self-serve plans.

## Profound: the deepest shopping documentation

Profound's shopping pages describe SKU-level analysis, feed fields and structured markup fixes, and a merchant layer that shows which retailers own checkout. Its documentation says shopping analysis is currently focused on ChatGPT Shopping and that Perplexity and Gemini coverage is still evolving. The feature is on the Enterprise plan only. The free trial does not include it.

Pick Profound if you are an enterprise retailer or consumer goods brand that needs merchant-level detail. Read the [Profound review](/reviews/profound) before a demo.

## SearchSeal: products inside saved text answers

SearchSeal Starter costs $79 a month for 60 questions, with unlimited brands. SearchSeal asks each question every day on AI Overview, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity and saves the answer with brand and rival mentions and the returned source links.

For a store, the useful part is [product tracking](/features/product-tracking): add each product with its aliases, and SearchSeal counts how often saved answers name it, including answers that name the product without your brand. It reads answers SearchSeal already collects, so it costs no extra questions and is on every plan. Run a page check on a product URL to see whether AI crawlers can read it, then follow the steps in check product pages against AI answers.

SearchSeal does not read shopping carousels, product cards or merchant lists, and it does not import a product feed. If the question is which retailer a shopping answer sends the buyer to, a shopping-specific tool above answers it and SearchSeal does not. SearchSeal also does not track crawler traffic or visits from AI tools.

Pick SearchSeal if the questions you care about are written ones, such as which products a buyer should compare, and you want page fixes ranked from the answers. SearchSeal covers Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, with Copilot as an add-on.

## Also checked

These five tools make a shopping claim, with fewer public details.

- **Writesonic** lists Shopping and Agentic Commerce only under Enterprise. Its documentation tracks ecommerce product visibility in shopping answers, starting with ChatGPT.
- **Promptwatch** shows a Shopping Insights label on its Business plan ($579 a month) and Enterprise, with no description on the page.
- **AthenaHQ** says on its ecommerce page that it monitors which products AI recommends across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI. Which plan includes it is not stated. See the [AthenaHQ review](/reviews/athenahq).
- **Scrunch**, now part of Sitecore (announced 3 June 2026), lists Product Observability on Enterprise only.
- **Botify** describes AI shopping carousel tracking and product cards in a May 2026 release. It has no public price.

We left out Otterly, Ahrefs Brand Radar and SE Visible: none makes a shopping claim on its own pages today.

## How to choose

Match the tool to your catalogue and your buyers.

- **Small catalogue, tight budget:** Evertune or SearchSeal. Evertune reads ChatGPT shopping results. SearchSeal reads written answers on four engines.
- **Your own catalogue in Shopify or a feed:** Peec AI, since the import is on every plan.
- **Copilot and AI Mode matter:** Rankscale Pro, or Semrush if you buy at enterprise scale.
- **Merchant and checkout detail:** Profound or Semrush Enterprise, both at a quote.

Start with a short trial where one exists, load your five best sellers and compare what the tool reports with what you see when you ask the same question yourself.

## Questions to ask a vendor

1. Which assistants does the shopping module read, today, on my plan?
2. How many products can I track, and how do they get in?
3. Does the number change when I add a second country?
4. Can I export the raw answers behind a score?
5. What does the price look like on monthly billing?

Shopping results are also a sample. The same question can return different products on different days, so judge a tool on trends across weeks, since a single reading can mislead.

## Frequently asked questions

### Which AI visibility tool tracks products in ChatGPT Shopping?

Peec AI, Evertune, Profound, Rankscale and Semrush Enterprise all describe shopping tracking that covers ChatGPT. Peec and Evertune include it on every plan they list, while Profound and Semrush sell it at enterprise level.

### Do I need a separate tool for shopping answers?

Only if you need product cards, merchants or SKU-level numbers. A general tracker that reads written answers can show whether answers name your products. It cannot show which merchant a shopping card sent the buyer to.

### Does SearchSeal track Google Shopping or ChatGPT Shopping?

No. SearchSeal tracks the text of saved answers on four engines and counts mentions of the products you add. It does not read shopping carousels or import a product feed.

### How often do these prices change?

They were read from each vendor's page on 2026-11-02. Vendors change plans often, so check the linked pricing page before you buy.
